You may withdraw your real-money balance (not bonus balance) from 777puh at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically credited within 5–15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.

777puh may suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the player's own request. Where an account is suspended for investigation, 777puh will typically communicate the reason within 5 business days.

If your account is suspended due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance held in the account may be frozen pending investigation. 777puh is not obligated to release funds while a fraud investigation is ongoing.
